Acclaim Property-Casualty Services, LLC is a multi-line independent adjusting company serving northern Georgia.  Our adjusters work collaboratively with our clients, their policyholders and agents to proactively resolve claims quickly while controlling expenses.  The result is pleased policyholders and agents, fast claim turnover, and efficient overall claims management.   We are insured and our staff is licensed throughout the southeastern United States.  We provide the following adjusting services:

Our professional staff will tailor our service to meet your guidelines, from a full adjustment to a limited task assignment or simple appraisal.  Our clear and concise reports are easy to read and understand.  Our claims system, FileTrac, keeps all claims on-track and on-time, and can be viewed, updated and commented upon 24-hours a day, permitting a real-time status from any computer with an internet connection. 

Our adjusters communicate effectively with insureds, claimants, their agents or representatives. Working with our principals, we proactively drive claims to a prompt, cost-effective and accurate conclusion.

Primary Service Area:

Our current coverage area spans the northern half Georgia from our Atlanta (Roswell) office, including Rome, Fort Oglethorpe, and Clayton, to as far south as Macon and Warner Robins, and the surrounding areas.  

When requested we will provide a general adjuster beyond our normal service area.  Our staff is licensed throughout the southeastern United States.
